Splish Splash I Was Takin' a Bath

Rub a Dub Dub two kids in a tub...
Here are some pictures of the kids taking a bath a few weeks ago. Jackson has something that may be chickenpox right now, so he asked that he not be photographed until the little bumps are gone.
Hope you enjoy!

Halloween II

For Halloween this year we were Little Miss Muffett and the Spider that sat down beside her. We won third place in the costume contest again. Gigi made our costumes again this year, too. Thanks Gigi!

Get your game face on, Momma.

I'm new to this showing off thing. Can't you tell? I'm smiling at strangers here.

Smile for the camera, Pappy!

Jackson's favorite thing about winning the trophy was chewing on it.

Enough with the hate mail

Okay, I'm well aware that I have not posted since August. You can stop with the hate mail and the threats now.
Since it's so cold today, I thought it might be nice to take a stroll down memory lane. Back to a time when we wore bathing suits and we needed a pool to cool off. Here are some pictures of the kids when they took swimming lessons this summer...enjoy.
I need a hammock. This is so relaxing.

Cheese!

Let's get this party started.

Surprise for Mama!

Gigi took us to Picture People to take pictues as a surprise for Mama!! We kept it a secret and everything, but Picture People sent the proofs to Mama. The surprise was ruined, but Mama says it doesn't matter. We asked her to share these with you, so you can see how good we were.

Better take the picture. We don't stand still for too long.

That's Gigi's arm. She's doing her best to keep us still just for 5 seconds.

These blocks are okay, but I'd rather have the camera you keep waving in my face.

In real life, my face does not say "Zazzle."

You try being this cute everyday!

Hey, Ladies. I like long walks on the beach and holding hands. Don't mind the drool on my overalls...

I really wish Aunt Tina would let go of my ankle, so I can crawl.
I'm getting pretty sleepy.

WHAZZZUP!

This is how I blow out a candle. I've been practicing for my first birthday.

Uhhh. What is it that you want?

Hobby Lobby

"Momma says that Hobby Lobby is the closest thing to Heaven we have on Earth. I heard her tell Gigi that if they had a slurpy machine there, it actually would BE Heaven...since we just came from there almost a year ago, we can assure you that it is not. Don't let the Christian music playing through out the store fool you. We do like it though. Here's a couple of pictures of us there just yesterday."

Presley insists on "hanging a leg" out of the buggy. We don't know why. Most of the people in our family "hang a leg" when we sleep. This means having one leg under the covers and one leg hanging out of the covers. Presley takes it to a new level.

"Momma really had no intentions of taking my picture in Hobby Lobby. She just thought you would want to see Presley with her skinny little leg hanging out, but I have fans too. And they hunger for pictures of me. So, fans, this one's for you!"

EMME RAY!!!

We almost forgot to introduce you to our new friend, Emme Ray! She was born on Friday, July 13, 2007. We think she weighed 7 lbs. and 12 ozs., but since we can't count yet, it's hard to tell. We might be in the same grade when we get big enough to go to school.

Our first trip to the beach

We took our first trip to the beach last weekend. Our good friends, the Gilberts, rented a house in Galveston and Austin was nice enough to invite us to come. The kids had a blast. They swallowed a lot of water and ate a lot of sand.

Show us your muscles, Jackson!

More 4th of July

As promised, here are some more shots of the kids on the 4th! Remember, we went to the Fishin' Fiesta in Freeport.

On our way!

Moma! That redeye reducer is too bright!!"

Notice Jackson's expression is basically the same here as it was in the picture above...this is his "A Camera is Pointed At Me; therefore, I Have Lost All Expression" face.

Ready to hear some music! There's a guy back there singing. He was really good, but he didn't have a band, and a lot of times he had his back to the "crowd." Whatever. We danced anyway.

Me and my moma!!

whatcha' gonna do with all that junk in side that trunk?!?!?

Jackson's turn for some blog action!

I'm so dang cute!!!

I'm a Yankee Doodle Dandy

HAPPY FOURTH OF JULY!

We celebrated our independence from King George (if my memory serves me correctly) in Freeport, Texas. They have a fishing tournament called the Fishin' Fiesta every year, and in addition to the tournament, there's a carnival and dance. We made it for a little bit of dancing after the rain cleared, and the twins got a chance to wear the outfits that Gigi worked so hard to make. There are more pictures where this one came from, but I thought I'd throw this one on here to keep you wanting more.
