Jackson's new thing

Thursday of last week Jackson actually slept through the night. I mean, REALLY slept through the night. He went to sleep at 8:30 and woke up again at 6:30 in the morning.

He hasn't done it since then...:o(

Presley can rock n' ROLL

This weekend Presley learned to roll over. Friday, she rolled from her back to her tummy. Then, Saturday she took a nap on here tummy in her bed, and when she let us know she was awake...she was on her back!!!

After lunch and naps, several of us played Pictionary and the babies took a nap on a pallet in the back room. Uncle Mark, aka Safety Guy, found Prissy had scooched under the bed. Thank goodness for Safety Guy!!

Oops. Almost forgot that Gigi and Jackson had their fair share of horizontal time.

Here's Cousin Cole. Look at his hair!!! They say he cut it all off the next day and tried to dye it black and blue, but the blue washed out. Whew!! We love "Cole the Bowl" no matter what his hair looks like, but it makes great conversation.

Summer has no shame in getting horizontal. Don't wake her up though. She's not a morning person.

After presents we had lunch. After lunch everyone got horizontal. That's Pappy's way of saying we took a nap. Here's Pappy's horizontal position.

Here's Aunt Shelby. She's the best hairdresser in town, but she has no idea what she's going to do with the cowlick on Jackson's head!!

Memaw is looking very serious. She is serious about getting that camera out of her face, I guess.

Aunt Tina took Jackson so Summer could finish opening her presents. Aunt Tina loves Jackson and Presley.

Here's Uncle Bruce and Aunt Carol. They tore through their presents and then had to wait for the rest of us to finish opening ours.

Can you believe that saddle blanket?!?!?

Cousin Avery got this saddle blanket. Poor Spitfire, her horse, is going to have fringe and bling everywhere. Avery has turned into our little cowgirl ever since she started barrel racing. She used dress in ribbons and bows. Now, it's boots and pearl snaps.

Momma helped Presley open her gifts. Looks like more children's music to put on Mom's iPod!

Summer and Jackson

Cousin Summer came home from college at A&M to help Jackson open his gifts. I think she only came because their football season was over, and she didn't have anything better to do. It looks like Jackson is asleep, but he's really just staring at Summer's hand, trying to figure out how he can get his mouth on it. He's obsessed with chewing, which leads to drool everywhere.
