It's getting hot in here...

The other morning Presley was sleeping in her cradle. I went to pick her up, and noticed that half of her body was coming out of the top part of her pj's. Apparently, when she wiggled up to her favorite corner, her clothes didn't wiggle with her.

She takes her clothes off a lot at night. Once she woke up with no diaper. Don't ask how it happened.

Jackson took to Spitfire like a natural. We plan to have Spitty when Avery outgrows him. :o)

Avery won first in poles, so she went to claim her prize. We talked for 10 minutes about what she would do with her money, and she decided she'd put it in the account Memaw has step up for her. She opened the envelope to find one dollar! I told her if she would have gotten second she would have at least won 2 dollars.

It's winning that counts though, right Avery?

We bundled up and went to Rosenburg to watch Avery's rodeo. It was freezing!!

Now that Presley can roll over, she is all about tummy time. She now decides what toys she wants. If Jackson has the rings, and she wants the rings, she'll work until gets to the rings and takes them away.

Since Jackson is immobile, he plays with what Mama gives him.

They already fight over the rings.

Eating Rainbow Stew with a Silver Spoon

Since the kids turned 4 months, they are supposed to be practicing eating cereal with a spoon. They can't sit up in their high chair yet, so they sit in their Bumbo chairs. Sister is a lot more natural in hers and even watches Curious George in her chair, but Brother wants to eat the little saddle horn thing in front. Are you catching on to the theme of Jackson's thoughts yet? Eat, eat, eat!
